DMCA Policy
At Nexos Creator, we take copyright infringement very seriously. As required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we follow a process for responding to claims of copyright infringement. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on our blog, please follow the instructions below to file a DMCA notice.
We take the intellectual property rights of others seriously and require that our Users do the same. The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) established a process for addressing claims of copyright infringement.
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, if you own a copyright or have authority to act on behalf of a copyright owner and want to report a claim that a third party is infringing that material on or through our services, please send a notice that meets the minimum requirements of the DMCA, to contact@nexoscreator.tech , and we will take appropriate action.
Filing a DMCA Notice
To file a claim of copyright infringement, please send an email to contact@nexoscreator.tech with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.
- A description of the material on our blog that you believe is infringing, including the URL of the page where the material is located.
- Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that says: "I have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
- A statement that says: "The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyrighted material."
- An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Once we receive your DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action, including removing the infringing material if it is found to be in violation of copyright law.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notice
If you believe that material you posted on Nexos Creator was wrongfully removed due to a copyright claim, you can submit a DMCA Counter-Notice. Your Counter-Notice must include the following:
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address. 2. Identification of the material that has been removed, including the URL of the page where it was originally posted.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your area or any judicial district where Nexos Creator is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
- An electronic or physical signature.
If your counter-notice is valid, we may restore the removed content, unless the original complainant files a lawsuit against you within 10 business days.
Trademark Takedown Requests
If you believe your trademark has been infringed on Nexos Creator, you may submit a Trademark Takedown Request. Please provide:
- Details of the trademark, including a description of the logo or name.
- A list of countries where the trademark is registered.
- The registration number(s) of the trademark.
- A copy of the trademark registration certificate.
- A statement that says: "I have a good faith belief that the use of the trademark is not authorized by the owner or the law."
- An electronic or physical signature of the trademark owner or an authorized representative.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we may terminate user accounts or block access to our blog for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
